Bio

 Ms. Crews has over 15 years combined experience in journalism, graphic and web design, print and digital marketing, and social media marketing and content creation and management, working with various digital platforms, for both national and international companies, and nonprofit organizations.

After receiving her master’s degree in photojournalism from Boston University, where she concentrated on digital platforms and techniques for online journalism and graphic design, Ms. Crews relocated to California to start her professional career in digital design and online content management with a professional website company. Within a few years, she advanced her career to online and print marketing design at an international wholesale custom frames manufacturer based out of San Diego, CA, where she was recognized for her unique, creative digital marketing content.

Ms. Crews moved back to NY to be closer to family and work independently on multiple freelance projects implementing designs, content, and strategies for small business online and print marketing campaigns. Results included significant increase of revenues and popularity in communities associated with their specialty by marketing on social media and strengthening business websites for increased online presence with her experience and knowledge analyzing web metrics and content optimization. She was instrumental in bringing successful social media marketing to multiple CNY businesses and nonprofit organizations, most significantly Auburn Community Hospital.

Ms. Crews authored Auburn Community Hospital’s complete Social Media Presence Strategy, including creation of policies (internal and external), proper procedure guidelines, and marketing materials. In addition, she managed, scripted, and directed the non-profit organization’s marketing commercial project for social media and website.

Ms. Crews joined Oneida Air Systems in October 2014 with her diversified background as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, bringing an immediate impact assisting with the immense growth of distribution. She quickly expanded her role to include managing OAS social media marketing, proving efficient and effective energy towards multiple levels of a company.

With a passion for journalistic and digital marketing, Ms. Crews keeps up-to-date with the latest tool and techniques in the social media marketing world during her personal time, as well as builds her own following daily on multiple social media platforms, sharing unique content, images, and videos.
