Good morning! My name is Rhonda Thompson and I am the office assistant for ERA Fairfield Real Estate in Fairfield, Iowa. We are one of your new clients coming on line Sept. 25, 2007.
I wanted to relay my appreciation of Michelle Crews, Production Representative. We began working with her in April on the design of our site. All was going great until we were unable to get cooperation from our host. He was not willing to release the information we needed (domain name, password & the administrative contact changed to our name). It took a threatening letter from an attorney to convince him to release the information.
Through all the months of hassle, frustration and many e-mails, Michelle was extremely helpful with what steps we needed to take and offered possible solutions to our problem. I am a bit computer challenged and she was so patient with me explaining things in laymans terms that I could understand. She is a wonderful asset to your organization.
